Speaking life and spreading hope since 1983 Choices Pregnancy Centers (formerly CPC of Greater Phoenix) has been demonstrating and sharing a Greater LOVE for women, men and babies since 1983. - It's estimated that more than 12,000 people are alive today because of the life-saving services and hope offered through Choices. - Over 83,500 FREE ultrasounds have been performed. - Choices has served more than 275,000 women, men and babies making us one of the largest non-profit, full-service pregnancy centers in Arizona. We serve the Greater Phoenix area and are staffed by medical professionals and client advocates who are here to listen and provide the facts and information to help individuals make informed decisions about their body, sexuality, and future. All consultations are confidential and the majority of our services are free or at a very low cost.
