Dr. Tiffany Scott is a speaker, mentor, and passionate advocate for helping women discover their purpose and walk confidently in their calling. With a heart for service and a love for encouraging others, she has spent more than 20 years investing in the growth and development of people through education, leadership, and mentorship.

Professionally, Dr. Scott serves as the Director of Professional Learning for Lake County Schools and has held a variety of educational leadership roles throughout her career. She is also a principal coach with Connected Leadership Partners, the Director of Philanthropy for Women on the Rise International, Inc., and co-founder of Scott Speaks LLC, where she inspires and equips individuals to lead with excellence and live with intention.

A devoted wife, mother, and woman of faith, Dr. Scott believes that some of life's greatest opportunities come through serving others, embracing growth, and trusting God’s plan. She is passionate about encouraging women to embrace God’s purpose for their lives, walk boldly in faith, and serve others with grace and intention. Known for her authentic and relatable style, she is committed to helping women recognize their value, embrace their gifts, and make a meaningful impact in their families, communities, and beyond.

Her personal motto, "Leading with Excellence—Serving with Purpose," reflects the way she strives to live each day. She looks forward to sharing a message of faith, encouragement, and inspiration.
