In this FREE workshop, "veteran" dads and their new babies teach new and expecting "rookie" fathers hands-on infant care and how to support the new mother. Topics include feeding, swaddling, changing diapers, baby's safety, and more.

Our facilitator will be Michael Finlay. Michael is the Regional Program Coordinator at Optimal Fatherhood. Michael is also a parenting educator, coach, and advocate for fatherhood. He runs This is Fatherhood, LLC and This is Fatherhood Blog in addition to his work with Optimal Fatherhood and Boot Camp for New Dads.
